Orange 

Orange must be avoided in doing a keto diet. It contains a lot of sugar because it is a natural sweetener. One medium orange can contain 15 grams of natural carbohydrate. You must avoid consuming fruits because it is sweet and have carbohydrate content. In a keto diet, all fruits can be changed to vegetables. However, you must concern types of vegetables to eat.
